Each ceremony is equally important to us and we want to celebrate it with you. We will take care of all the details so that you only have to enjoy the moment during the event.

Recently, we had the honor to participate in laying the foundation stone for a significant residential investment in Warsaw. Especially for the presentation, we have prepared a graphic visualization and printing of all necessary accessories, including the foundation act, information leaflets, invitations and many other elements. The event was attended by distinguished guests and many journalists. We personally made sure that everyone would receive a delicious snack. Our waiters did their best to provide guests with the absolute highest quality service. Both they and the chef received loads of praise.

A city that opens a new public building. A company that launches a completely fresh product on the market. An artist who presents a new work to the audience. The bride and groom who wish to receive their numerous guests with due respect. What do they have in common? Everyone needs someone who will make this extraordinary moment a real celebration.

INDUSTRY MEETINGS

Together, you can do more. An industry meeting is a great opportunity to share knowledge and experience, find new business partners and strengthen good relations with those already acquired. And being the host of such a meeting is both prestige and a great responsibility.

There is no room for improvisation here. Everything has to be buttoned up, and each meeting participant should feel equally important and appreciated. What matters more than an interesting theme and interesting decision panels is what is not visible at first glance: organization. A properly selected menu, elegant hostesses directing guests to their places, clear and legible conference materials, reliable equipment operated by professionals ... The devil is in the details.

ROADSHOWS
How to effectively reach business partners with your offer? Visit them. Maybe not directly, but to visit their city. And organize a good party there, of which they will be the most important guests. This is what a roadshow is all about.

Designating a few places and dates of events will allow your partners to adjust their participation in the event to their schedule. A higher turnout means more people informed about your offer. Roadshow events are perfect for building and maintaining relationships with contractors. They are primarily used to provide knowledge about new products in your company.

We have prepared this form of promotion, among others for a computer hardware manufacturer that launched a series of new mobile devices. We also organized a roadshow for a pet food producer who wanted to inform its trading partners about the new segmentation of its products. During our tours, we visited Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Gdynia and even Ciechocinek. The events took the form of symposia. Their course was diversified by multimedia presentations and large-format, colorful information boards prepared by us.

CONGRESSES

How they see you, that's how they perceive you. During congresses, many companies present their achievements and it is quite an art to stand out in the crowd. However, because we do the impossible immediately (only for miracles you have to wait a bit), thanks to us you will attract the attention of all guests.

Hostesses and leaflets - this is basically the standard of every congress. Our exceptionally attractive, nice girls always shine among others. We design advertising materials individually, making every effort to ensure that they are different than all others. However, this form of promotion may not be enough. If everyone has flyers and hostesses, where is the place to stand out?

Therefore, we will make sure that the presentation of your offer turns into a real show. At one of the conferences, for example, we organized molecular drink preparation demonstrations. We have also prepared various competitions and games. Participants were invited to the stand by hostesses, but in principle they did not need to be encouraged. The shows attracted a lot of interested people, and the whole thing turned into a real commercial success. We will also prepare something special for you.
