The time of Covid-19 meant that even more of our work moved to the virtual world and teams became even more distracted by the home-office. At this time, it is even more important to ensure team integration and customer care. Therefore, from the very beginning, we meet expectations, offer a number of solutions for online attractions and training, available anywhere in the world.
When planning and organizing trainings and product presentations, we propose programs that make online events more attractive, integrate participants and provide unforgettable experiences. Before the implementation, communication in the form of mailing and a registration form will be prepared, thanks to which participants will be able to subscribe and provide their preferences, if any. Each person participating in the meeting will receive a welcome gift. Tomascon will take care of securing streaming to the selected videoconference platform, moderating the meeting and supervising the program so that each participant will experience unforgettable moments. By moderating the meeting, the moderator will be able to interact with the speakers in order to emphasize selected topics of the substantive part. After completion, we will also prepare a summary of the meeting containing the necessary data in the form of the number of active participants and, if necessary, photo documentation.
